Speak English Like Me is an educational brand that helps English learners build confidence through practical, real life communication. Founded by veteran educator Wilson E. Reyes, SELM combines engaging video lessons, pronunciation practice, music, humor, memorable characters, interactive workbooks, digital resources, and a future learning app. We serve immigrants, newcomers, children, adults, families, teachers, schools, and community organizations.

Hi, I am Wilson E. Reyes. I have taught English, Spanish, Speech Communication & Theatre, and multilingual learners for almost 30 years. I am a wartime military veteran, author, curriculum creator, and a Milken Educator Award recipient.
I created Speak English Like Me because learners deserve lessons that match their real lives: the job interview, the pharmacy counter, the parent teacher meeting, the friendly conversation with a neighbor. That is the English we practice together.
